Ordering from Waves Surf Shop is easy. Simply browse through the range of products available on this website using the main menu (to the left of the page). Then, when you find something you like, click the 'Add to Basket' button.

Continue shopping until you have everything you require, then hit the 'My Basket' button to see a summary of your basket contents. When you are happy with your basket contents click on the 'Secure Checkout' link to begin the checkout process. You can pay for your goods using any of the following payment cards:

Delivery Information

We try our best to despatch your orders as soon as possible, this is our priority! Orders received before 2pm are normally despatched same day Mon-Fri. Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original conditions within 7 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.
Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, you will have to pay the return carriage costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part where we will also refund the carriage costs.
The goods must be in original condition & returned will full packaging. Credit card refunds will be made on the day we receive the goods back and providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition. Please send back all returns with adequate postage insurance to cover the contents. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
